General Rental Terms

• $35.00 Cash Non-Refundable Application Fee per application (an application is requreid on all persons 18 years of age and older).  Required for CREDIT/CRIMINAL background checks.
• Deposit, Pro-Rated Rent to the 1st and the 1st Full Months Rent To Be Paid In Certified Funds.
• Facility/Clubhouse/Pool Pass and/or Key Require an Additional $100 Key Deposit.
• All Rentals are 6 Month Minimum Leases Unless Otherwise Noted.
• Utilities and Cable TV Are NOT Included Unless Otherwise Noted.
• Bulk Cable TV, Where Provided, Is $30 Per Month.
• All Rentals Are Offered In "AS IS" Condition Unless Otherwise Agreed In Writing.
• PETS and SMOKING Are NOT Allowed Unless Otherwise Agreed In Writing.
• Roomate Deposits are $400 Per Roomate.
