Please note, there is a $35 non-refundable CASH Application Fee required for each adult that will be residing in the property. This fee can also be paid by VISA or MASTERCARD by calling 435-635-5055. There is a $5 convienence fee that applies on credit card transactions. No application will be processed without Application Fee payment.
