BRENTWOOD MOBILE HOME PARK

We are currently taking applications to move Mobil or Modular Homes into the Brentwood Mobile Home Park.  Anyone interested in  moving a Mobil or Modular Home unit into Brentwood will need to do the following:

BRING IN:   Proof of ownership of Mobil or Modular Home  -  Complete Mobil or Modular Hone information (age of unit, size, etc.)  -  Current Photo of Mobil or Modular Home  -  Complete a Rental Application (an application must be completed for anyone 18 years of age and older living in unit)  -  Pay Application Fee of $35.00 per application  -Provide proof of income (past 2 current paystubs) for each applicant.  If applicants have pets, they must be listed on application and be approved prior to move in.

Monthly Lot Rents  $350.00

Security Deposit $350.00
